radio broadcast receiver

"radio broadcast receiver" means any apparatus used for the aural reception of broadcast matter transmitted by radio waves or sound waves or any other electromagnetic waves, through ether, wire, cable or satellite; [Subs. Act A977]

"radio broadcast receiver" has the same meaning as is assigned to it under the Broadcasting Act 1988;
